What we process and why

Analytics (only with your consent)

With your consent we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, and receives a random visitor identifier, the pages you view, your browser, device and approximate location. Until you accept, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent. We do not grant Google advertising storage and do not use the data for advertising. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Türkiye, under the safeguards Google provides for such transfers. The retention period of the data is set in our Google Analytics account.

Legal basis: your consent. You can decline without losing any part of the site, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before.

Your cookie choice

Your choice (accept or decline) is stored in your browser under the name woycore-consent so that we do not ask on every visit. It holds no personal data and is never sent to us.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records technical data about each request: IP address, time, the page requested, the browser and device identification you send, and the response status. We use it to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1).

E-mail you send us

If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, to answer you and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask for before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for that purpose or as the law requires.

Nothing else

The site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no social media widgets. Its fonts and images are served from woycore.com, so your browser contacts no other company until you accept analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Who receives data

Google (analytics, only with consent), Amazon Web Services (hosting) and our e-mail service provider. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11) you may ask us to:

tell you whether we process your data and give you a copy;
correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your data, or restrict its processing;
hand over data you gave us in a common format, where the GDPR gives you that right;
stop processing that rests on our legitimate interest;
withdraw consent at any time.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom, the data protection authority of your country in the European Union, or the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) in Türkiye.
